The Artisan are luxury apartments offering a living environment with an accent on specialized community services. This community supports the Fair Housing Act as amended and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status. All applicants and coapplicants must be 18 years of age or older unless protected under the familial status per the Fair Housing Act amendment.

Employment Requirements

Each household is required to provide Artisan at Salado Creek income documentation that show at least two times the resident paid portion of rent. For addordable housing units, the household income must be within the maximum allowed income range as specified. Section 8 applicants are welcome.

Not all units at the Artisan at Salado Creek are income restricted. However, based on your income you could qualify for large rent discounts under the Affordable Living Program.

Income Verifications

All applicants are required to provide Artisan at Salado Creek with at least three consecutive pay stubs for each occupant, 18 years of age or older. In addition, applicants must provide authorized written verification of any additional sources of household income which may include child support payments, social security payments, income tax returns (if self-employed), bank statements and interest bearing statements from financial institutions. Applicants receiving child support must show proof of consistent payment receipts for previous six months. Acceptable verification includes court records, check stubs, and bank statements or other financial documentation.
