The Emergency Housing Voucher program is referral-based through Continuum of Care partners. If eligible, you receive a voucher to cover rent while case managers help connect you with long-term support services.
Emergency Housing Vouchers can be provided to families referred to us by Close to Home.
If you are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, please complete an assessment through one of the Homelink Access Points or call the Community Connection Hotline at (210) 207-1799.
