Program funded by HUD that allows for Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) that partner with a public child welfare agency (PCWA) to request targeted Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs) to serve eligible youth with a history of child welfare involvement that are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
