Mainstream Vouchers assist non-elderly persons with disabilities and are administered using the same rules as other housing choice vouchers.

Funding and financial reporting for Mainstream Vouchers is separate from the regular tenant-based voucher program.

To enroll in CHCS services, start by calling 210-261-1250 (adults) or 210-261-3350 (children) to begin the process.  A preliminary screening will be done to determine eligibility and level of need.
