The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for administering onboarding of new hires, employee time off, employee benefits, and policies. The HR Representative will provide internal customer service for active employees, answer all HR-related questions, and ensure compliance with regulations at all levels.


• Responsible for the management and administration of the benefits and compensation programs, in conjunction with third-party systems and the agency’s broker.

• Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Reliably maintain employee files, including personnel records, performance reviews, and certifications.

• Responsible for keeping updated company policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and new hire training manuals.

• Assist with the tracking of employee’s attendance, appropriate use of leave, disciplinary actions, improvement plans, and performance.

• Provide advice on employee recruitment, retention, and exit strategy.

• Conduct onboarding process and agency culture training for all new hires.

• Verifies employee’s compliance with all state and federal requirements.

• Process all Employee Status Notifications in accordance with policies for all changes.

• Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.

• Complete the termination process with all related documentation.

• Keeps abreast of human resources and current employment law changes affecting the company.

• Participate in recruiting initiatives and HR Projects.

• Create reports as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.
